Welcoming staff and superb service. Meeting for 12 . 18/09/21 Male on reception was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. After assisting us all to scan in. He directed us to our meeting area upstairs. 😇 There was a smart cafe at one side of the very large lounge, which was well stocked. The ladies serving couldn’t have been more helpful. They were so pleasant and went above and beyond to take our orders which were then brought to out table. (They wore masks the whole time) Water and glasses were brought to the table and the ladies came back and forth to make sure we were all ok and if we required anything else. Attentive, but not overpowering ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very nice atmosphere and the place is absolutely spotless. 👍 Hand sanitizer at all points 👏 I couldn’t fault this hotel at all and the staff are a credit to your organisation💕 See you all again soon 💐

I visited citizenM couple of days back with my friends, we all loved the vibe, fantastic interiors and the staff. We met swati at the bar, she was really pleasant and charming 😎 she came to our table twice to check if we were comfortable and having fun 🙌🏻 “service beyond excellent” 😊 The hotel was clean with constant sanitization in place. Highly recommend it

Awesome hotel. Affordable and with a smart room you can control everything from the in-room iPad. 24/7 bar/canteen is also great. Staff more than happy to help in any way and very personable. Bed is huge and super comfortable, and with blinds and a curtain there's no chance of being woken up by mornings first light
