Stopped here with a friend to experience the heated cigar terrace. It was fantastic. Easily a place where I could spend all afternoon relaxing with a couple of cigars and sampling the excellent choice of drinks from the bar. Staff were second to none and the terrace itself is beautiful. Highly recommend checking it out if you enjoy cigars or even just a relaxing drink outdoors.

Turned up one evening to try a hotel bar rather than a noisy and busier standard bar as we both drink very little but still wanted to go out and sit in a bar environment on our last evening in Glasgow. Lovely bar and hotel, we both sat on a lovely couch, chose drinks from a menu, got advice from the very helpful bar staff, especially about Bourbon. Interesting info was received too.. Such a good night was had. We hope to return when next staying in Glasgow.
Really Cool Chica
Excellent stay! Very modern and clean rooms. Exceptional customer service from every single member of staff I encountered. I was very impressed with the food at both the main restaurant and the bar. Fantastic steaks and the club sandwich was *chefs kiss* good. I'm looking forward to my upcoming stay at the Manchester location.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. So welcoming, spotlessly clean, very helpful and friendly staff,a credit to the hotel. We stayed in a classic king room, lovely and roomy, gorgeous bathroom with nice toiletries and very thing you could need, massive comfortable bed with beautiful bed linen, had an amazing restful sleep with no noise heard from outside at all, loved the decor in the room and also the window blinds and massive mirror to do hair and make up at the perfect height for me! Also 2 full length mirrors also! Fridge was a great addition to keep drinks cold in the room and a good hairdryer also. Honestly couldn't fault a thing about this gorgeous hotel. Breakfast was lovely this morning also, again very attentive friendly staff. I hope I'm lucky enough to stay here again, was a wonderful birthday treat. Finally, loved the dog who greets you at the entrance, very cute touch!
