Great friendly staff. The lady in reception on Saturday about 10am and the same on Sunday is a credit to the company. She went out get way to help me and my friend. However much money she is earning, it should be doubled. The rooms were nice enough for the price as well but the lady in reception made the stay, sorry I had to many beers to remember your name.

Me and my mother have recently returned from staying at the hotel Ibis for 4 nights, we could not fault the place as it was immaculate the room was also immaculate and ideal and the staff went out or there way to help my mother when need as she has a few physical ailments. 10/10 would absolutely come again.

Our room was good value for what it was, small but clean, comfy bed, had a good TV and tea and coffee making facilities and was in a good location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I'd want more would be another small towel as standard but Im sure if I'd had asked theyd have given me one.

Alright this is a good ibis. Usually they are quite cramped and have weird showers. This has a sealed bathroom which is good, so a door that closes if you're staying in a twin room. Twin room was good, hairdryer, spare pillows, chargers next to the bed....also bar is open 24/7. Friendly and helpful staff. Very central to bars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the station but we found it helped us to get our bearings while new to the city. The staff were friendly and the complimentary pastries and fruit were lovely. Breakfast was also good with a range of cereals, toast and some cooked food. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return when back in Glasgow.
